Without Template

You can use the Create Form - Without Template option on the left navigation to immediately enter declaration data on the Form Step By Step pages.

To create a Plant and Plant Product Declaration Form without using a template, complete the following steps:

1.	Select the Without Template link at the left side of the screen under the Create Form topic.

RESULT: The Creation of a Plant and Plant Product Declaration Form page appears.

2.	Complete the Form Step By Step process.

At any time during the form creation process, you may save your work as a template by clicking the Save as Template button in the upper right hand corner. An application template simplifies creating a new application by reusing existing information, such as exporters and commodities. To save the current form as a template, enter a template name and click the Save button.

Also at any time during the form creation process, you may save your work for completion in the future. To retrieve a Plant and Plant Product Declaration Form, follow the steps listed in the View Forms Help Topic.
