NOTE:  Lacey Team members should visit the View Forms for Administration topic for additional features available as internal users.

You can use the View Forms link from the left menu to retrieve your company's work in progress and submitted declarations. Brokers will be able to retrieve the work in progress and submitted forms that they created on behalf of Importer Organizations.  Importer Organizations can retrieve their work in progress and submitted forms they created or any submitted forms that Brokers created on their behalf.

 

From the resulting list of your search, you will have the option to view, edit, and delete certain forms.  You may also manage submitted forms.

 

To view a form, complete the following steps:

 

1.Select the View Forms link at the left side of the screen.

RESULT:  The View Forms page appears.

 

2.Enter search criteria to view a list of forms and click the Search button.  You can search for a form based on the following criteria:
a.Enter the form Status and Date Range (Create Date or Submitted Date). Brokers are also required to select an Importer Organization from the drop-down list when searching by Status and Date Range.
b.To search for a specific form, enter the Tracking Number.
c.Or, enter the Entry Number.
RESULT:  The forms associated with the entered search criteria are displayed with the following information:
Tracking Number - the number assigned to the particular form.
Entry Number - the U.S. Customs entry number assigned to the shipment.
Importer Organization - this column is viewable only by Brokers and will display the Importer Organization for whom the form was submitted for.
Status - status of the form (Work in Progress, Submitted, and Not Passed).
Submission Date - the date the form was submitted.

 

3.To view a submitted declaration form, complete the following steps:
a.Click the corresponding View button.
RESULT:  The Form Details page appears displaying form information and the Submitted On date and Submitted By person.
b.In the upper right hand corner, click the View Form button.
RESULT:  A new window opens and displays the Declaration form.
NOTE:  A watermark appears stating "Not For Paper Submission".

 

4.To manage, print copies of declarations, or to download declaration data, complete the following steps:
a.Click the corresponding Manage button.
RESULT:  The Manage Form page appears displaying the Current Form Status, Tracking Number, and Prepared By.
b.Choose the desired process by selecting either Generate Excel, Generate PDF, or Replace Declaration Form from the Process drop-down list.
NOTE: Importers will not have the option Replace Declaration Form if the form was submitted by a Broker on their behalf.
c.Click the Select button.

 

5.To resume working on a Work In Progress (WIP) delcaration, complete the following steps:
a.Click the corresponding View/Edit button.
RESULT:  The Form Step by Step pages appear and you can continue to create a Plant and Plant Product Declaration Form.
