With Template

You can use the Create Form - With Template option to select a template to populate select declaration data on the Form Step By Step pages. A form template simplifies creating a new form by reusing existing information, such as consignees and merchandise.

To create a Plant and Plant Product Declaration Form using a template, complete the following steps:

1.	Select the With Template link from the left menu under the Create Form topic.

RESULT: The Manage Form Templates page appears displaying a List of Templates.

NOTE: Brokers must select an Importer Organization to proceed. Brokers do not have their own templates but can use templates owned by the Importer Organizations that they have relationships with.

2.	To start a new declaration form based on a template, find the template and click the Start New Form button'.

RESULT: The Creation of a Plant and Plant Product Declaration Form page appears and you can complete the Form Step By Step process.

At any time during the form creation process, you may save your work for completion in the future. To retrieve a Plant and Plant Product Declaration Form, follow the steps listed in the View Forms Help Topic.
