Manage Account allows users to update their personal information in LAWGS, as well as organization account information.

 

Note: Lacey Team members should visit the Organization Management topic for features related to the Organization Management administrative function.

 

To manage an account, complete the following steps:

 

1.Click the Manage Account link in the upper right corner of the screen.

RESULT:  The Manage Account - Choose an Option page appears.

 

2.You can select from the following options:

 

Organization Account Information For <Your Organization Name>
This option is only available to organization administrators.  This option will allow you to view or update the account information of members in your organization, including adding members and managing member roles.
My Own Profile Information
Manage Importer/Broker Relationship
This option is available only to Brokers and Importer Organizations Administrators.
3.To update the Organization Account Information, on the Manage Account - Choose an Option page, select Organization Account Information For <Your Organization Name> and click the Next button.

RESULT:  The Manage Organization Profile page appears.

a.Review the organization profile information and list of members.  You may update the profile of the organization, grant or remove members' administrative privileges, look up PINs, and add and delete members from the organization.
1)To add a member to an organization, click the Add Member to Organization button.

RESULT:  The Add Member page appears.

i.LAWGS is organization-based, in that all members of an organization have access to the same templates and consignees to create and submit plant and plant product forms.  Enter the required information to add a member to your organization/company.
ii.Create or generate a PIN that the user will enter to join your organization.  After creating the new member account, please provide the PIN number to the new member.

NOTE:  The PIN allows this user to join your organization.  The PIN must be 8 digits and unique in the system.  Or click the Generate PIN button for the system to automatically generate a PIN for you.

iii.You can allow the user Org Admin Rights, by selecting Yes or No.
iv.To save your changes, click the Save button.
2)To grant or remove member's administrative privileges, click the Grant or Deny button as appropriate.

RESULT:  A Y or N will display in the List of Organization Members table.

3)To remove a member from an organization, click the coordinating Delete button.

RESULT:  The Delete Member Confirmation page appears.  Click the Yes button to confirm.

4)To look up a member of an organization's PIN, click the Look Up PIN button.

RESULT:  The PIN will display in the List of Organization Members table.

 

4.To update your own profile information, on the Manage Account - Choose an Option page, select My Own Profile Information and click the Next button.

RESULT:  The Manage Your Profile page appears.

a.Review your personal information and edit your profile as needed.
b.To save your changes, click the Save button.

 

 

5.To view or update your Importer/Broker relationship(s), on the Manage Account - Choose an Option page, select Manage Importer/Broker Relationship and click the Next button.

RESULT:  The Manage Importer/Broker Relationship page appears.
