Creation of a Letter of Noncompliance

The Creation of a Letter of Noncompliance page is the second page of the LON creation process.  To create an LON, complete the following steps:

 

1. Complete Addressee Information. Each Filer email address can be designated as a primary address or a Cc address. You can also choose to exclude the address on the LON. Each Importer Organization email address can be designated as a primary or Cc email address. You can also exclude it from the email recipient list.

 

 

2. Optionally, enter Additional Noncompliance.

 

3. Enter Lacey Team Contact Information.

 

4. Click the Create Letter button.

   RESULT: The Email Letter of Noncompliance page appears.

 

Information entered is not saved until the Create Letter button is clicked. To retrieve an LON, follow the steps listed in the Compliance Letter Help Topic.
